Cody Crawford was feeling it Thursday night as he dropped an astonishing 52 points.

More importantly, his team Lob City earned their seventh-straight win on the season after defeating the Bucket Chasers, 98-77.

Lob City remains the only unbeaten team in the league. Crawford not only scored a bunch of points, but shot 54 percent from the field, along with making ten threes and grabbing eight boards.

“It makes it easy for us,” Lob City’s Greg Holt said. “We find (Crawford) when he’s hot. Why would you not want to? You see what he does every week, so we just keep feeding the beast.”

What makes this win even more impressive is that Lob City only had four players, and still managed to score 98 points in a blowout victory. Aside from Cody Crawford’s phenomenal game, Michael Palumbo finished with 23 points and nine rebounds, Brad Van Fechtmann recorded a double-double with his own 15 points and 12 rebounds, and Greg Holt stuffed the stat sheet with 12 assist, eight points, six rebounds, and even three steals.

The game was tight all way up until the third quarter, when the Bucket Chasers were outscored by 14 points. Sergio Dalomba had a team-high 29 points and seven rebounds, while Aiden Wright tacked on 16 points of his own to go along with his eight rebounds. However, this wasn’t enough to overcome the fast-paced scoring of Lob City.

“(The key is to) get all of our guys back and build some chemistry,” Crawford said.
