Mike Davis and Carmine Santorelli dominated in a huge win against the Blue Devils. All Shocker City has to do is take care of business against a hot Nothing Easy team to run the table in the regular season. These guys are the clear favorites to win it all right now.

Run TMC has had two huge wins the past two weeks without star Reggie Stewart. Eric Singleton has returned to MVP-like form with a near triple-double last game. Will Hudson and Dom Migliaro were red hot from downtown as was Joey Zocco. They should take care of business next week and remain a dangerous team in the playoffs.

The Rim Breakers are coming off a huge Game of the Week win against Nickstrong. They continue to play good all-around basketball and are a team that some of the worse seeds do not want to see on their side of the bracket. We expect them to end the season with a win against Head Hunchos to finish a top-3 seed.

(6-2) |
After dropping the past two games Team Moose took care of business and returned to their dominate selves. Lets not forget that just a couple weeks ago this was a team that some people thought was going to win it all. This 78-40 win against the Head Hunchos should put everybody back on notice.

It was not an easy win this week against Sportslook, but The Throne took care of business led by Dominique and Erick Langston as well as Jason Hernandez. These are going to be the three guys to carry and lead this team. This is a physical, scrappy team that will wear down just about any team that they play.

Nickstrong lost a heartbreaker to the Rim Breakers in the Game of the Week. It was a back-and-forth contest, but in the end they fell just short. One thing to keep an eye out for this team is that it appears they have gotten a couple players to show up that look like they will be a much-needed help for them.

Nothing Easy stays hot and wins their third game in a row by taking care of Above the Rim in blowout fashion. They have had one of the tougher schedules that any team has had so far so it will be very intriguing watching them in the playoffs. Next week they try and spoil Shocker City’s undefeated season and it will take a special team performance for them to pull it off. This is a team that could cause some trouble in the first round of the playoffs.

The Young Kings lost a tough battle to Dinner Served. It came down to the final possession but they ultimately just ran out of time. Myles Raymond and Marcquis Davis have shown that they are one of the best duos in the league. If they want to beat Run TMC next week these two guys are going to need to have monster games.

(2-6) |
Sportslook played The Throne all the way down to the wire in what was a tough loss. Tyrell Holmes was a huge help and played great, however Sportslook needs to have consistency from their roster actually showing up to games. If that does not happen then this team has little chance to advance in the playoffs.

(3-5) |
Dinner Served had a fantastic win against the Young Kings. This was a back-and-forth game as Matt Terrasi and Kyle Coniglio continue to carry the entire load for this team. It will be up to these two guys to carry their team if they want to pull off an upset next week and make some noise going forward.

(2-6) |
This team got crushed by Shocker City, but that is what usually happens when you play them. The Blue Devils were missing one of their best players in Matt Marconi, but even he would not have been able to make this one significantly closer. The Blue Devils continue to have chemistry issues and the hopes for them to go on a playoff run appear to evaporating quickly.

(2-6) |
oe Nemcheck has been on a tear all year averaging almost 24 points a game. After a tough loss this week they need to move on to focus on the end of the regular season. Finishing on a high note could give this team momentum heading into the postseason, and getting Eddie Giovannini back will definitely help.

The Head Hunchos got smacked by Team Moose as they just could not get anything going offensively. This is a one man team led by Brett Cody, and he can only do so much to carry this team on a weekly basis. They are going to need one or two more players to start having a much larger impact if they ever want to get in the top 10 of power rankings.

Nothing Easy had their way with Above the Rim this week. It has been a tough disappointing season for them as they try and get themselves back in the win column. Their chances increase if a team is looking past them and focusing on the next week. With their physicality though, you can never take them as lightly as their record shows. |
