LEGACY LEAGUES WEEK 4 POWER RANKINGS

Presented by:

(4-0)

The Flint Tropics are off to an undefeated 4-0 start this season. They played their best game of the season this week when they defeated Sportslook, 84-58. Reigning league MVP Mike Bozzuto is continuing to prove that he is an elite player in this league. If the supporting cast can keep playing like they did this week, the Flint Tropics will have a lot more successful nights like they did in Week 4.

2

(4-0)

Coming off of a big win against their rival Shocker City, Run TMC is one of two undefeated teams remaining. Joey Zocco came up clutch in the win scoring 18 points and hitting two three-pointers at the start of the fourth quarter that sparked the ultimate game-ending run. Run TMC has a very deep roster and a lot of different guys that can contribute every night. They face a tough Sportslook team that has given them trouble in the past.

3

(3-1)

Redeem Team is off to a great start this season sitting at 3-1 with their only loss coming against the Flint Tropics in overtime. Melquan Horton and Eric Singleton have continued to prove that they are two of the best players in the league and will be a force in this league. They only had four player this week but still were able to dominante Scott’s Tots to remain near the top of the rankings.

4

(2-2)

Shocker City is off to a very disappointing start so far in this season sitting at 2-2 and are currently on a two-game losing streak. This past week they were flat out dominated by Run TMC in the fourth quarter.. The talent is there led by Davon Pratt, Tarrell Vargas, and Carmine Santorelli. Even though they have moved down in the rankings nobody can sleep on the two-time champs. Shocker City will look to bounce back against a Tune Squad team with something to prove.

5

(3-1)

Sportslook has had a very inconsistent season with a win over Shocker City earlier this season, but followed it up with a disappointing performance in their last game against the Flint Tropics. The talent is there and Sportslook has the ability to continue to be a top tier team all season long. This is a veteran team that will likely come out with a much better performance next Monday night when they take on Run TMC as two of the original ten teams face off.

6

(2-2)

Tune Squad picked up a nice win over the Silly Sehnders in Week 4 led by Jaden Battle’s 33 points. This new team has seemed to adjust to the league very nicely and they certainly have the chance to continue surprising a lot of people. If Jaden Battle and Chad McKoy keep playing at a high level this could be a very dangerous team as the season goes on. Their next matchup against Shocker City will be a great test for this team.

7

(1-3)

Even though NickStrong sits at 1-3, they have been impressive so far this season. The Vessicchio brothers have had another impressive season so far and the acquisition of Chris Leak has been a great fit in the two games he has appeared in. NickStrong is now a veteran team in the league and it will be interesting to see how well they perform moving forward starting with their Week 5 matchup against Redeem Team.

8

(1-3)

Scott’s Tots has had their ups and downs so far through Week 4, leaving them towards the bottom of the rankings. They have potential to be a more competitive team even though they had a tough game against the Redeem Team. Kory King scored 20 points in his league debut and could serve to be a great addition for this team. Their road doesn’t get any easier with the undefeated Flint Tropics up next.

9

(0-4)

Even though the Silly Sehnders sit at 0-4, they are still a very intriguing team. They have a lot of size and athletes but have been able to pull out any wins so far including a close loss to Tune Squad this week. Brendan Carey with new addition Aiden Kudzy will have to lead this team going forward if they hope to start winning some games. They take on the also winless Brick Layers in Week 5.

10

(0-4)

The Brick Layers have struggled so far this season, but they are definitely showing a lot of improvement. Jason Bindner has been the clear leader of this team and he has had a nice individual season so far. Next week may be their chance to get their first win when they take on the also winless Silly Sehnders in Week 5.
